This week I am on Maui, enjoying the the sun and the warm weather. Maui is not really the place for classic diners. About the closest thing is Ruby's, a restaurant chain that tries to create the feeling of a Jersey style diner. On Maui, Ruby's is located on the exterior of the island's largest mall, the Ka'ahumanu Center in Wailuku.
