I am still in Hawaii, now on the Big Island. There are no diners as such here, but there is an interesting restaurant at the Kahului Airport in Maui that serves a lot of diner style food -- and also burgers made from Kalua Pork, a Hawaiian staple. No breakfast is served, however, taking it clearly out of the diner category. It is an interesting restaurant visually, and I like it enough to include it here anyway.
